Specializing in permanent makeup for eyebrows, eyeliner, lip liner, and full lips, as well as microblading, scalp micropigmentation, hairline microblading, and eyelash extensions, Chloe will use her expertise to custom design the perfect look to enhance the best features of your face. She is a certified Long Time Liner artist, which is famous for their organic pigments and state of the art machine.
